At the EWANA Center, we prioritize a people-centered approach and work to implement a large portion of our activities within the framework of people-to-people relations. In addition, through advocacy, policy support, and facilitation of dialogues on cultural policy, we aim to target policymakers in the respective regions to raise awareness and understanding on the importance of cultural rights and cultural development.

To strengthen cultural understanding, we focus on two main goals:

• to provide a platform where people from Europe, West Asia, and North Africa can come together and exchange views, and
• to provide a platform where information, knowledge, and ideas relevant to cultural exchange and cultural development are shared and advocated.
